PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
A passport book is required and must be valid for six months after the completion of travel. Please ensure the name on your passport matches your name as it appears on your booking. Additionally, make certain that your passport contains blank pages for entry and exit endorsements and any visas that may be required. If necessary, allow sufficient time to renew your passport and/or obtain additional pages. A passport card will not be accepted.
There may be occasions where we retain your passport at check-in. This is to ensure that you are not inconvenienced by immigration clearance during your cruise and where face-to-face inspection is not required. We recommend you bring a second government-issued photo ID if you wish to have one with you while in port.
SCHENGEN VISA REQUIREMENT
During the cruise, you will be visiting countries which are members of the Schengen Agreement. Schengen Agreement countries require passport holders from various countries to obtain a visa in advance. This requirement does not apply to Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, UK, or U.S. passport holders. A multiple entry visa will be required if a non-Schengen country is visited in between visits to Schengen countries (Example: depart from Italy, visit Turkey, arrive in Spain). Schengen Agreement countries include: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
If your cruise visits Ireland and you are not an Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, UK, or U.S. passport holder you may require an Irish visa, as Ireland is not a Schengen country nor a part of the United Kingdom.

ONBOARD SMOKING POLICY
Princess Cruises is committed to providing our guests with a relaxed, rejuvenating retreat at sea. In keeping with this goal, we have increased the scope of non-smoking areas onboard all Princess vessels. Smoking is not permitted in most areas of the ship, including all staterooms and balconies. Violations to this non-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence, which will be charged to the guest’s stateroom account. For guests who wish to smoke, a cigar/smoking lounge* and a limited number of designated smoking areas will be reserved for this purpose. As a safety precaution, guests are reminded to properly dispose of cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco, which are never to be thrown overboard as these may be sucked back into the ship and cause fires. For additional information, please visit the Cruise Answer Place at: http://www.princess.com/learn/faq_answer/onboard/experience.jsp and click on the “Smoking Policy” link.
*Cigar lounges are available on select vessels.
CREW APPRECIATION PAYMENT INFORMATION
To simplify the tipping process for our guests, a discretionary crew appreciation payment will be automatically added to your shipboard account.Crew appreciation amounts will increase starting with voyages sailing on or after 2/20/23 to USD $18 Suites, $17 Mini-suites, Cabanas and Club Class, $16 for Interior, Oceanview, and Balcony Staterooms per day (including children). This crew appreciation payment will be shared amongst those staff that help provide and support your cruise experience, including those in the Bar, Dining, Entertainment, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Galley and Onboard Revenue areas. For your convenience, crew appreciation can be pre-paid before you sail by calling us or logging in to your Cruise Personalizer online at http://www.princess.com/cruisepersonalizer. Pre-paid crew appreciation may be added up to two days prior to your embarkation. You have complete discretion to adjust crew appreciation payment while onboard, but crew appreciation may only be adjusted prior to disembarking the ship. If included as part of a promotion or package, it cannot be adjusted or refunded.
WHEELCHAIR NOTIFICATION
If you require the use of a wheelchair onboard or ashore, you must bring your own. Without exception, ship wheelchairs are reserved for emergency use ONLY and are not available for use during the cruise. For safety reasons, we are required to keep alleyways clear from obstructions. All mobility devices (including scooters) MUST be stowed in your stateroom when not in use. For your guidance, standard stateroom door clearance is 22″. Some ports require the ship to anchor off shore. If so, guests are taken ashore by small boats or tenders. For the safety of all involved; guests and mobility devices will not be transferred in/out of the tender if physical lifting of 50 pounds or more is required. Gangway position, shore-side facilities, movement of the tender, weather and tidal conditions may preclude tendering. The decision to allow guests to disembark or board a tender will be made by the Officer in Charge on the basis of the safety and welfare of all involved and is FINAL. If guests are unable to tender or disembark because of circumstances outlined above there will be no refund or credit for missed ports.
